We propose that you take a seat and prepare to immerse yourself throughout different regions of the world starting here in Mexico.
For starters we’ll serve some Lobster Chalupitas from central Mexico from Northern Mexico we’ll serve you some prime steak from Monterrey and “Peleones Style” Chicken with mole from Oaxaca.
We will start moving south to the Japanese influenced Peruvian region, to dish out some fish strips sided with a shot of sake.
Pomarola Sausage and our Italian Grandma’s recipe for home made pasta, are also part of this World Tour of Flavors that also flirts around with French Cuisine serving Champagne Fish with a dash of garlic.
